Our client specialises in the implementation and support of business solutions using Dynamics CRM, SharePoint and Nav, in a range of industries throughout the UK. Due to their continued growth, they are currently looking to recruit a number of experienced Software Developers to join their team in Loughborough.

As a Software Developer you will get involved in a variety of projects throughout the development cycle, designing and implementing new and supporting existing systems. This role will also require your great communication skills, as you will regularly liaise directly with customers in order to understand their requirements.

Our client is committed to new technologies and as such, you will receive training and a personal development plan to ensure your technical skills are up to date, as well as the chance to work on many different and diverse projects.

As a Software Developer you will primarily be involved with customizing and adding new functionality to existing software packages such as MS Dynamics CRM and SharePoint. You will also be required to create bespoke integration interfaces to 3rd party and legacy systems using a variety of technologies including webservices, COM interop, direct DB integration, etc.

Essential to your success in this position you must have:

- solid ASP.NET software development experience
- knowledge of C#, Microsoft IIS and SQL Server 2005 or later.

Equally as important will be your ability to work in a team, and your experience of dealing with customers. Although not essential, any experience within Sage CRM, Microsoft Dynamics, SharePoint or Nav would be advantageous.

In addition to the basic salary, our client is offering the successful applicant a benefits package including a pension and healthcare schemes after six months.
